Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment for any cancellation or changes. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% fee. No shows may result in future bookings being declined.

If payment has already been made by credit card or other cashless method, any refund will be issued after deducting the applicable cancellation fee.

• Same day cancellation: 100% of the reserved service fee

• No show without notice: Future bookings may affect future booking eligibility
