Pitonne is an appointment only concierge wellness service. We offer mobile IV therapy and online consultations for prescription medication. Please review the following information before booking.

• Our service is available by appointment only.

• Mobile IV therapy follows this process: advance booking, nurse visit, online consultation, and IV treatment.

• Prescription medication services follow this process: online consultation, online payment, and delivery.

• When booking, please provide your full name, date of birth, email address, visit address, medical history, current medications, and allergy information.

• Payment is generally cashless by credit card. If you prefer cash, please contact us in advance.

• Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations are subject to a 100% fee. No shows may affect future booking eligibility.

• A separate delivery fee applies for prescription medication delivery.

• For safety reasons, services may be adjusted or declined depending on your condition.
