Cancel Policy

Please cancel at least 14 days in advance.

Cancellation fee will be charged as follows, free of charge - until 14 days before, 30% - from the previous day to 13 days before, 100% - on the day of the lesson.

If you do not complete the cancellation procedure 14 days in advance, the following cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation fee is incurred, please note that for customers who have paid in advance with a credit card, etc., we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation fee from the settlement amount.
