Cancel Policy

We kindly request that you cancel or make changes to your reservation at least one day before the scheduled date.

Please kindly take note of the following:

・Day of Reservation Cancellation

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

・Previous Day Reservation Cancellation

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

(Cancellation fees will also apply to cancellations made after changes to the reservation date and time for the same day or the day before.)

・If you are late more than10 minutes without notice, your resavation will be cancelled.

In that case,100% cancellation fee will be charged.
