Cancel Policy

CANCELLATION FEE

・Please contact us if you will be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment.  You could come exactly at the reservation time. Please note that the treatment time may be shortened if you are late.

・Please be sure to contact us if you need to cancel on the day due to unavoidable reasons. We will charge a 50％ cancellation fee. If you cancel without notice, 100％cancellation fee will be charged.
