Cancel Policy

For cancellations, a 50% fee will be charged if made after 11:00 PM the day before the appointment.

If you miss your appointment time on the day of the reservation, and no valid reason for rescheduling is provided, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to change the treatment to accommodate the remaining time.
