Purpose of Using Personal Information

Customer personal information will be used within the scope of legitimate business activities by our company for the following purposes: salon service usage (reservation acceptance, creation of customer records, course preferences, product purchases, surveys, registration for membership services or point card applications, campaign participation, participation in events or activities hosted or sponsored by the salon, inquiries to the salon, catalog or material requests).
It is up to the customer to decide whether to provide their personal information to us, but please note that if you do not provide it, we may not be able to offer appropriate services.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Customer personal information will not be provided to third parties without the customer’s prior consent, except in the following cases and the matters specified under "Third Party Provision Regarding Salon Use":

To deliver products and other items, we may request a delivery service company or similar service provider.
When using a credit company or financial institution for service or product purchases.
When notifying or informing customers about services or products.

(2) When necessary to protect someone's life, body, or property, and obtaining the person's consent is difficult
(3) When particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the sound development of children, and obtaining the person's consent is difficult
(4) When necessary to cooperate with national or local government agencies or their contractors in performing duties stipulated by law, and obtaining consent may hinder the performance of those duties
(5) When providing statistical information that has been aggregated or analyzed in a form that cannot identify or specify an individual.

Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

There may be instances where all or part of the handling of personal information is outsourced to external parties. In such cases, we will carefully select contractors who have a system in place to properly protect personal information, and enter into confidentiality agreements with them to ensure the strict management of your personal information.

Response to Customer Requests for Suspension, Deletion, etc.

Customers can request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension, or erasure of their personal information, or suspension of its provision to third parties, by contacting our inquiry desk. Upon receiving such requests, we will verify the identity of the customer and respond within a reasonable period.
